These last eight years, I've sprung average one to two hours daily. It has made the body progressively stronger and the results has gone from over four hours at one Marathon to new person's best time summer 2013 at 2.59,23. One such large amount of exercise has given me most injuries a runner can get, stretch damage, trigger point, foot blade problem etc. Throughout all of the eight years, Naprapath Ole Petter Paulen has been a very important supporter – with good advice and concrete treatments. It has been an priceless aid in training work and the performance progress and results. I'm glad to have the Paul on the team in the future training work, it makes me confident that I will reach the destination I set me as runner the next years.
